A private-property wedding can need more than tables and chairs. Check power, lighting, sound, refrigeration, toilets, access, floor surfaces and weather protection. Confirm who installs, inspects and removes each item.
Ask your venue which suppliers can work there and how long setup and pack-down can take. Use the same guest numbers and floor plan for every quote.
Cakes, beauty and personal details
For cakes and desserts, confirm allergies, transport, refrigeration, serving and any venue cake fee. For hair and makeup, allow time for trials, travel, everyone’s preparation and touch-ups.
